At Champagne Salon & Day Spa our clients are our top priority. Whatever treatment you select you will receive friendly, personalized service from our professional staff. We use only the best products and the most advanced, proven techniques to ensure unsurpassed results. Our goal is to provide you with outstanding service in a relaxed, stress-free environment. If there is anything we can do to make your experience more enjoyable, please let us know. Reservations Reservations are recommended. A major credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Cancellations We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. While we understand that plans can change, the treatments you request are reserved exclusively for you. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% for the scheduled treatments. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled treatment will be charged the full amount for the scheduled treatments. Late Arrivals We will do our best to accommodate you with an abbreviated service. As a courtesy to all of our clients, treatments delayed due to late arrival will end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. Cell Phones, Pagers & Conversations To ensure a calm, stress-free environment for all of our clients, we ask that you turn cell phones and pagers off prior to entering the salon and that you respect the rights of others to relax in a quiet environment. This is the place and the time to relax and rejuvenate. You are welcome to leave the telephone number of the salon with anyone who may need to contact you and we will connect you immediately. Gift Certificates Our gift certificates are beautifully presented and make wonderful gifts. They can be purchased at the front desk, online or by calling us and having them sent to you (or the recipient). Gift certificates are available for any service and for any amount. Gratuities Gratuities are greatly appreciated. They are not included in the prices for services. Products We offer the same exclusive retail product lines for hair, skin and nails that we use in the salon and spa. We carry Aveda, Bumble & Bumble and Rene Furterer hair care products; SkinCeuticals and True skin care products; OPI nail care products and a variety of other select products.
