Before your tan:
Shower and exfoliate with an oil-free exfoliant to remove dead skin cells. Avoid lotion, oil, perfume and deoderant. Wear dark loose clothing.
During your tan:
Most people choose to wear a disposable thong (provided) or to be nude. You may wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. The spray tan takes about 5 minutes. You will dry for about 3 minutes before dressing.
After your tan:
Wait at least 4 hours before showering or exercising. (12 hrs is ideal.) Apply a good moisturizer after showering to maintain a rich tan color. Your tan will last 5 to 8 days, gradually fading like a suntan.
